Something odd going on here. Either this is a fronkensteen Rover, or it just happened to get made the one week at Solihull they moved to *recessed* fender headlights and still were using “tall” (5”) rocker trim. I don’t know that such a week exists, but the changes were more or less at the same time.

Well, he’s definitely replaced the driver door and upgraded to mirror-accommodating door hinges, and added tow loops and light guards. The rest of it looks very worn-together and mostly matches, so if he has cobbled, it’s been a while... though I should note white is not a factory color.
